Coach Terms & Conditions

1. Free coach listing
Courtly provides coach profiles and coaching-session management without monthly subscription, setup or upfront listing fees.
2. Coach transaction fee
The coach is responsible for a ₱50 Courtly transaction fee for each successful paid coaching session. This fee is not added to the player's checkout amount. It is recorded when the coach confirms the player's payment and is payable by the coach through Courtly's weekly remittance process.
3. Direct player payments
Players pay the published coaching-session price directly to the coach using the coach's configured payment method. Coaches must verify the received amount and booking reference before confirming the session.
4. Weekly fee statement
Courtly maintains a live fee balance and issues itemized statements weekly, normally every Friday. Statements are due within 72 hours of issuance.
5. Overdue fee and listing suspension
If an undisputed invoice remains unpaid after the 72-hour deadline, Courtly may temporarily unpublish the coach profile and disable new coaching bookings. The coach retains access to their portal, records and existing confirmed sessions. Existing sessions should be honored unless resolved under the applicable cancellation policy.
6. Verified coach badge
Only Courtly administrators may grant or remove the Verified Coach badge. Coaches must provide accurate details and any verification evidence requested by Courtly.
7. Coach responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for accurate profile information, availability, pricing, payment details, professional conduct, player safety, honoring confirmed sessions, cancellations and timely Courtly fee remittance.
8. Refunds and disputes
Coaches must handle player refunds and disputes promptly and accurately. Courtly may apply fee credits for verified refunded sessions according to the platform's published fee rules.
9. Acceptance
By creating and publishing a coach account, the coach confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
