A few quick answers about how Courtly pricing is designed to work.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No monthly subscription is included in this pricing model. The platform fee is ₱10 per booked court-hour.

When is the ₱10 fee applied?

For court rentals, the venue owner pays ₱10 per booked court-hour. For paid Open Play, a ₱10 transaction fee is added to the player’s registration amount. Free Open Play has no transaction fee.

Can I set my own court rates?

Yes. The owner workspace in this prototype includes editable hourly rates and venue settings.

Does the demo accept real payments?

No. The current prototype demonstrates the booking and QR-payment flow only. Live payment processing and automated production notifications require a connected backend and payment provider.

When do owners remit Courtly fees?

Courtly issues an itemized invoice every Friday. Venue owners must remit the outstanding balance within 72 hours. If an invoice remains unpaid after the deadline, the public venue listing may be temporarily suspended until Courtly verifies payment. Existing confirmed bookings remain accessible.
